The band have returned from Bradford following their performance at the Yorkshire Areas and got 3rd in the second section – so well done to everyone in the band. The band delivered what many audience members considered to be a good account of the set test piece, including 4barsrest.com, who on their twitter page wrote:
Grange Moor deliver is very lyrical account to put themselves in with a chance of a Harrogate berth.
In the adjudicators comments there were also lots of positive comments including “good dynamic contrasts”, “well done soloists” and “overall this is a fine sounding ensemble”.
