August is proving to be a somewhat intense month for the band. Our recent engagements have seen us perform at the inaugural Hearts & Souls Charity Music Festival at Fall Farm in Hartshead to a large crowd of people. The event helped raise over £8,000 and we were proud to have been part of it. […]
Last weekend saw the band perform their annual Spring concert at St. Bartholomew’s Church in Grange Moor. The band had decided to produce a TV theme tune concert with highlights being birthday girl Louise Belton’s performance in Hetty Wainthrop Investigates and the powerful percussion in Game Of Thrones! The crowd-pleasing Soul Bossa Nova also featured […]
Last month was fairly quiet for the band with just one large concert held at Ravensthorpe with Hopton URC. Thanks to all those who came to support the event. Highlights included Louise Belton’s solo, Concierto de Aranjuez, father and son Aaron and Warren Gillibrand’s duet, My Heart Will Go On, and the concert debut of […]
The band are sad to announce that Eb Bass player Matthew Balderson has left Grange Moor in order to focus his playing efforts with Skelmanthorpe Prospect Brass. We would like to thank Matthew for all of his hard work over his time with Grange Moor and we wish him all the best for the future.

This afternoon the band performed at Clarence Park Bandstand to a small but loyal crowd! They braved the cold to join us in a variety of festive music to begin our packed December of performances. We would like to thank those that came along and we hope to see you there again in the future.

In another visit to Philip Goodall’s photos, we visit 2011. The band is marching here, but we are unsure of where. If you recall this event, please get in touch with us.
